Frequently Asked Questions

Which battery voltage should I choose?

Choose 60VDC, 72VDC, 96VDC, or 110VDC to match the nominal battery system exactly. The input is not auto-detected.

How do I choose the power rating?

Add running watts for all devices used together and allow extra capacity for motor startup. Available models range from 3000W to 12000W.

What does split-phase output mean?

Split-phase output provides 120V circuits and a 240V circuit from the same inverter when wired according to the product diagram.

What are the standard frequency and outlet?

The standard order is 60Hz output with a US-style Type B socket. Need 50Hz or another socket type? Contact us before ordering.

How does the wired remote work?

The included wired switch connects to the inverter and lets you mount on/off control at a convenient reachable location. Confirm cable length and routing before installation.

Why does the panel vary by wattage?

Higher-power models use different outlet, terminal, fan, and enclosure layouts. Check the panel image for the selected model.

Can I connect solar panels directly?

No. Use a regulated high-voltage battery bank or DC bus; a solar charge controller is required between PV panels and the battery.

What protection is included?

The inverter includes low-voltage alarm and shutdown, over-voltage shutdown, overload, over-temperature, short-circuit, fuse, and soft-start protection.

What should I confirm before ordering?

Confirm battery voltage, load and startup demand, AC output voltage, frequency, outlet type, split-phase wiring, and panel layout. Contact us for 50Hz or non-Type-B socket requirements.
