If you need the inverter to run resistive loads such as lights, TVs, computers, battery chargers, cookers and similar appliances, please choose the inverter with continuous power higher than the appliance's rated power. For this 2500W inverter, it is better to use about 70% to 80% of the rated power for long-time operation.
Attentions for inductive load applications:
If you use refrigerators, freezers, pumps, air conditioners, compressors and other appliances with motors or compressors, please choose the inverter carefully because startup surge power is much higher than running power. In difficult startup conditions, the manual recommends choosing inverter power about 5-10 times higher than the appliance's working power.

This inverter automatically detects only the DC input voltage between 12VDC and 24VDC. There is no auto-sense of the AC output voltage or frequency. Please confirm your needed AC output voltage (100VAC or 110VAC or 120VAC or 220VAC or 230VAC or 240VAC) and frequency (50HZ or 60HZ) when ordering.
Note: Please connect the inverter directly to a fully charged battery or stable battery bank.

- How does the 12V/24V auto-detected function work?
The inverter automatically identifies whether the connected battery system is 12VDC or 24VDC at startup. This makes installation easier and avoids selecting the wrong DC input version manually.
- Can I connect the inverter directly to the battery? Can I connect it to a solar panel?
Yes, connect the inverter directly to a fully charged battery or battery bank with stable voltage. Do not connect the inverter directly to a solar panel or solar charge controller.
- Why does the inverter output voltage drop or the inverter shut down when running loads?
Common reasons include overload, low battery voltage, high battery voltage, poor cable connection, or over temperature protection. Please check whether the battery is fully charged, whether the DC cable is thick enough and firmly connected, and whether the inverter vents and fans are blocked.
- Why can't some refrigerators, pumps, or compressors start?
These appliances are inductive loads and need much higher startup surge power than their running power. Please allow enough surge margin when choosing the inverter, especially for compressors and motors.
- What can I check on the LCD display?
The LCD display can show input voltage, output voltage, output wattage, battery capacity, working temperature, frequency, and fault code.
- What do the common fault codes mean?
SC: output short circuit; OC: output overcurrent; OL: output overload; OU: battery overvoltage; LU: battery undervoltage; OH: over temperature protection.
- How should I connect the AC wire terminal?
The wire terminal is marked as L for live, N for neutral, and G for ground. Do not connect a load between L and G or between N and G.
- Can I use the inverter for long-time operation?
Yes, but for long-time operation it is recommended to use about 70% of the rated power, keep the inverter in a ventilated place, and use a suitable battery bank and cables.
